A 20 year career as a wilderness guide, academic, psychotherapist, professor, & healthcare executive... for the last ten years, I’ve been working in key program development and corporate leadership positions in Alaska. I’ve been able to design and develop programs and staff teams that are working on the cutting edge of clinical practice and tele-medicine. My teams have brought in approximately $6 million dollars in revenue for our clinical programs.
Building from the last decade’s successes, how to apply multi-million dollar corporate leadership strategies and pair them with tele-behavioral health and coaching models, I developed three outcomes: a streamlined and fully online practice for myself, professional development courses for clinicians/counselors, and I partnered with Greta Palmer to operate Adventure-Based Parenting: 12-Week Coaching Intensive, where we collaboratively work with parents to achieve family goals.

Greta is a well-known adventure leader, child development leader, and parenting/family coach. She's spent the last 20+ years married to Dr. Palmer, having traveled and worked around the globe, often side by side and just as often apart from each other. Greta is warm, encouraging, and full of surprises. She exudes compassion and a calming strength.
